I was a little frustrated at first because it took a couple of days to hear back, and I wasn’t totally sure about their answer right away. But they did follow up and eventually got my question sorted out, so I can’t complain too much. Overall, the customer service was okay, not amazing, but it got the job done...

I ordered from relationsracewheels.com and when the box showed up, it looked like it had been through a lot. The tape was kind of loose, one corner was ripped open, and I immediately had that “oh no” moment before even getting the wheel out. Luckily the wheel wasn’t seriously damaged, but there were a few small scuffs, and the whole thing just felt like it wasn’t packed with much care. Shipping time was fine, no real complaint there, but for what these cost, I expected the packaging to be a lot more secure

I ordered a set of wheels from relationsracewheels.com, and the checkout part was easy enough. I got the confirmation email quickly too, so there wasn’t really any issue there.

The only annoying part was waiting on updates. I ended up having to check in myself, which felt a little unnecessary. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

The listing said this would fit my car, but it didn’t even come close. I had the car in the driveway on a Saturday morning, coffee sitting on the bumper, ready to get it done, and ended up just wasting my time. Now I’m also out the shipping money, which is really annoying...

I ordered a set of wheels the shipping took way longer than I expected. I was excited at first, but that excitement quickly turned into frustration because the updates didn’t really tell me much. By the time they finally showed up, I was just annoyed from all the waiting

I was really hoping these wheels would be better, but they had a noticeable issue right away. The finish looked rough in a few spots, and overall the quality just wasn’t what I expected. Disappointing.

It just feels way too expensive for what you get. I was expecting more tbh, but yeah... not really worth the money.
